Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support financial reporting and compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with GST, TDS, income-tax, and other statutory filings, as applicable.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
