Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with the sales, dispatch, accounts, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the sales team for new enquiries and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM/software.
• Track customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams.
• Take regular feedback from customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports of enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and pending issues.
• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and additional sales.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer communication and transactions.
