Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
• Identify potential customers, dealers, distributors and business partners.
• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market development activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer requirements.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data and MIS reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.

• Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with relevant sales experience in Hand Tools, Power Tools, Fasteners, Automotive Components, Pumps or Agriculture Components will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
