Factory Incharge
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our paper bag manufacturing unit. The role involves planning daily production, assigning work to workers, maintaining production worksheets, ensuring quality standards, managing inventory, and coordinating timely dispatches. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, be organized, and be able to manage a team efficiently while ensuring smooth factory operations and timely order completion.
