Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced EPF/ESIC & Payroll Executive to manage statutory compliance, payroll processing, employee records, and labor law documentation. The candidate should have sound knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, payroll software, and statutory regulations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Handle EPF & ESIC registrations, contributions, returns, and compliance.
- Generate and upload ECR files on the EPFO portal.
- Manage ESIC contribution uploads and online challans.
- Prepare and maintain salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Process employee joining, exit, UAN activation, KYC, and PF transfers.
- Coordinate with employees for EPF/ESIC-related queries and claims.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
- Liaise with government departments during inspections and audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and statutory reports for management.
