A telecaller is a professional who makes or receives phone calls for a company, acting as the voice of the business to interact with current or potential customers for sales, lead generation, customer support, or gathering feedback, requiring strong communication and persuasion skills to explain products, resolve issues, and drive business goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote products/services, schedule appointments, or follow up on leads.
• Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading customers to purchase and generating qualified leads for sales teams.
