We are building a strong media team and are looking for a highly creative, intelligent, and passionate Video Content Editor who can contribute beyond basic editing and help us create world-class content.

Position: Video Content EditorWho We're Looking ForWe are not looking for a basic editor who only cuts videos.

We need someone who:

• Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Video EditingEdit YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook content.
• Create engaging storytelling through professional editing techniques.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, subtitles, animations, and visual effects.
• Improve video quality through color correction and audio enhancement.
• Content Creation SupportAnalyze raw footage and identify the best moments.
• Suggest hooks, titles, content angles, and audience-retention strategies.
• Help transform simple recordings into high-performing content.
• Contribute creative ideas during content planning sessions.
• Thumbnail & Creative DesignDesign high-converting YouTube thumbnails.
• Create graphics and promotional creatives when required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Social Media UnderstandingUnderstand YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook content trends.
• Edit videos according to platform-specific best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest editing styles and viral content formats.
• Team CollaborationWork closely with the Founder and Content Team.
• Participate in content brainstorming and strategy discussions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
• Understanding of storytelling and audience retention.
• Experience with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and long-form YouTube content.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)Thumbnail design expertise.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO.
• Content strategy understanding.
• AI tools for content creation and editing.
• Camera handling and basic videography knowledge.
