Job Description

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation courses.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.

 Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

📋 Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

 Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.


Eligibility:


 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Education Counselling. Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Experience in the Education industry is preferred. .
