Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Scale winning campaigns with maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Create campaign structures for Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, Engagement, and Remarketing.
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, and custom conversions.
  • Build Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and advanced audience segmentation.
  • Perform continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copies.
  • Performance MarketingManage daily advertising budgets efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics like:
  • CPL
  • CPA
  • ROAS
  • CTR
  • CPC
  • CPM
  • Conversion Rate
  • Identify optimization opportunities to maximize campaign performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Lead GenerationDevelop strategies to increase lead volume and quality.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead conversion.
  • Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Ensure proper CRM integration and lead tracking.
  • Creative StrategyCoordinate with designers and content writers to develop engaging creatives.
  • Suggest high-converting ad copies, videos, reels, and carousel campaigns.
  • Stay updated with Meta advertising trends and algorithm changes.
  • Analytics & ReportingMonitor campaign performance using:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Events Manager
  • Present campaign insights and recommendations to management.
  • Required SkillsStrong expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel & Conversion API.
  • Excellent understanding of Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Experience in Audience Research & Retargeting.
  • Knowledge of Funnel Marketing.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting skills.
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Landing Page Optimization.
  • CRM Integration knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
