HR Intern – Roles & Responsibilities:-


  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and HR MIS reports.
  • Handle basic employee queries and grievances.
  • Support employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
