Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to handle statutory registrations, challan filing, and labour compliance documentation for our client vendors.
Responsibilities:
- ESIC registration and challan filing
- PF challan and returns filing
- Labour compliance
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of ESIC and EPFO portals (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong Excel skills — data entry, formulas, basic reporting.
- Understanding of PF/ESIC contribution rules — added advantage
- Good communication skills for client coordination
