Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our Agency Channel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Insurance Advisors, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets through effective relationship management and leadership.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard quality Insurance Advisors/Financial Consultants.
• Train, coach, and mentor advisors to improve productivity.
• Generate life insurance business through the Agency Channel.
• Conduct joint field visits and customer meetings with advisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
• Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance.
• Drive recruitment, activation, and retention of advisors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and recruitment drives.
• Support branch initiatives to improve business performance.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, or Financial Services Sales.
• Experience in Agency Channel will be preferred.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Local candidate preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
