Job Description

We are looking for a confident, presentable and communication-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, assisting office visitors and supporting the company’s social media content activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming customer calls professionally and resolve basic enquiries.
• Make outbound calls to customers/leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales/Operations team.
• Welcome and attend guests/clients visiting the office.
• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Assist in creating Instagram Reels, short videos and other social media content for the company.
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, good Hindi communication skills, basic English communication, pleasant personality, basic computer knowledge, confidence in handling customers, and interest/experience in social media content creation.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Travel, Hospitality, Customer Service, Telecalling or Front Office will be given preference.
