Recruiter
- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to source and hire suitable candidates. - Coordinate with client offices and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection. - Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle. - Work closely with HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. - Handle recruitment activities specifically for the Patna location. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices. - Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.Job role
