Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests politely and help them find suitable seating.
- Present the menu and explain available dishes.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve orders promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff.
- Set up and clean tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, cutlery and service station.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
- Help with takeaway orders, packing and restaurant closing duties.
- Follow hygiene, grooming and food-safety standards.
