Cluster Head

Job Summary: The Cluster Head is responsible for managing multiple sales teams and branches, driving business growth, achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role includes mentoring Sales Managers and Team Leaders by monitoring team performance, maintaining developer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service from lead generation to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned branches.
• Lead, mentor and monitor Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
• Review lead management, site visits, follow-ups, and booking conversions.
• Ensure proper CRM updates and reporting by all team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure a smooth booking process.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Management for business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel and sales reporting.
