About the CompanyVST INFRA & PROFILES PVT. LTD. is a growing steel trading and distribution company dealing in a wide range of steel and infrastructure products, including TMT, HR/CR sheets, CRC pipes, GP pipes, MS plates, structural steel, roofing products and other steel materials.

• Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit steel traders, dealers, contractors, builders, fabricators and industrial customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, telephone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up for new requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and pricing solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitors and customer demand.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.
• Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, logistics and management teams for smooth order execution.
• Identify new markets and expand the company's customer network.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Promote the company's products and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience will be given preference.
• Experience in steel, construction, infrastructure, building materials or industrial products will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel for market visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales positions.
