Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain products or services, schedule appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

  • Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain company products and services clearly.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
