Production Chef

We are looking for a Production Chef to join our team at our Narhe, Pune location and manage day-to-day food production and sandwich preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Handle daily food production and ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation processes accurately.
• Have basic knowledge of baking and bread preparation/handling.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage and coordinate the production team during daily operations.
• Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimise food wastage.
• Ensure production is completed efficiently within the required timelines.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a bakery, food production, café, QSR, or similar kitchen environment.
• Experience with bread and bakery products preferred.
• Basic baking knowledge.
• Ability to follow standard food recipes accurately.
• Experience in sandwich preparation preferred.
• Basic team management and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

📍 Location: Narhe, Pune

🕐 Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

💰 Salary: Based on experience and last drawn salary; to be discussed during the interview.
