Job Description
Position: Customer Relationship Executive / Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and queries professionally.
Explain products/services, offers, and company policies.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate leads and support sales targets.
Record customer information, calls, feedback, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
Resolve basic customer complaints or forward complex issues to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
