Job Description:

The Receptionist / Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role involves managing reception activities, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks during the evening shift to ensure efficient office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and guests warmly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and mails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and scheduling.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and staff.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
