Job Description
We are a reputed organization in Steel industry, seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage billing operations and accounting tasks using Tally Prime.
Key requirements:
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software
- Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and GST compliance
- Ability to maintain accurate records of accounts and ledgers
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and organizational skill
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts
- Record daily transactions in Tally Prime
- Reconcile accounts and maintain ledgers
- Assist in preparing GST returns and financial reports
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for billing queries
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing/accounting
- Certification in Tally Prime (preferred)
