Job Description
Driver cum Office AssistantLocation: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and well-organized Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. The role includes office administration, field work, and driving the company vehicle whenever required.
- Key Responsibilities Office Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Prepare tea/coffee for staff and visitors.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, document binding, and filing.
- Receive visitors, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office stationery, pantry supplies, and inventory.
- Field Work Visit banks for cheque deposits and other banking work.
- Deliver and collect important documents.
- Visit government offices, vendors, clients, and project sites as required.
- Purchase office supplies and other business-related items.
- Coordinate courier dispatches and pickups.
- Driving Responsibilities Drive the company car for official work.
- Pick up and drop staff, clients, or guests when required.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean and properly maintained.
- Monitor fuel, servicing, insurance, and other vehicle-related requirements.
- Candidate Requirements Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Valid LMV Driving Licence (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Familiar with roads and locations in Raipur and nearby areas.
- Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
- Able to read and write Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Previous experience in office assistance, field work, or administration will be an advantage.
- Working HoursMonday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
