Job Description
Job Description – Junior AccountantResponsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers and reconcile bank and other accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Freshers can also apply; experience in accounting will be an advantage.
