Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Café Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare beverages and food, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Handle food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including seating areas and counters
- Follow health and safety standards
- Restock supplies and manage inventory levels
- Assist in opening and closing duties
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Previous café or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
