Relationship Manager - MF

Sales and Target Achievement
    • Monthly/Quarterly Volume: Meet or exceed assigned targets for home loan login, sanction, and disbursement amounts.
    • Number of Files: Deliver a specific count of closed and disbursed loan cases per month.
    • Portfolio Mix: Balance targets across specific segments like affordable housing, regular home loans, or balance transfers. [1, 2]

Lead Generation and Market Expansion
    • New Sourcing: Conduct area mapping, cold calling, and field visits to find new retail borrowers.
    • Channel Partnerships: Build relationships with local builders, real estate brokers, developers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to create steady referral pipelines.
    • Campaign Execution: Participate in promotional activities, on-site stalls, and corporate or housing society camps. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Customer Service and File Processing
    • Initial Screening: Conduct basic eligibility checks, income profiling, and KYC verification before filing.
    • Documentation: Collect accurate financial and property papers from clients.
    • Coordination: Act as a bridge between the customer, credit/underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth and fast loan processing and final disbursement. [1, 2, 3, 4]
