Job Summary:
- We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to handle personal loan sales through telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining personal loan products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team to complete the loan process.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate personal loan leads.
- Explain personal loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of personal loans and financial products.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
