E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized E-Commerce Executive to manage online orders, product listings, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience and be familiar with e-commerce tools, order processing, and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process online and B2B customer orders.
• Update and maintain product listings, catalogs, and product information.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, availability, and delivery status.
• Handle order processing from confirmation to dispatch.
• Use e-commerce platforms and tools to manage daily operations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Generate and maintain sales and order reports.
• Support B2B sales activities and follow up with business customers.
• Resolve basic customer and order-related issues.
• Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across online platforms.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
