International Accounting Executive

Urgently Hiring | Accounting Outsourcing / KPO Firm | 1–2 Years Experience

Location: World Trade Centre, Ring Road, Surat

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years in Accounting Outsourcing

Work Mode: Primarily Work From Office, with some flexibility

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours

• 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

• Hours may occasionally extend due to business needs, client deadlines, month-end work, or other urgent tasks. In such cases, reasonable flexibility will be given based on the situation.

• While the role is mainly office-based, work-from-home may be allowed occasionally depending on business needs and the nature of the work.

Job Overview

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for bookkeeping jobs, US accounting jobs, or KPO accounting jobs in Surat. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting, and be comfortable working with international clients. Experience in US accounting is preferred. 

Candidates with experience in UK, UAE, Singapore, or other international/offshore accounting will also be considered. Knowledge of QuickBooks is mandatory & Xero is an advantage, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for international clients.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and record transactions.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Record sales, purchase, expense, and other accounting entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.

• Support month-end closing activities.

• Review and maintain accounting records as per client requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas clients as needed.

• Help resolve routine accounting and bookkeeping queries.

• Follow set accounting processes, documentation standards, and deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting Outsourcing / KPO / Offshore Accounting firm.

• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting.

• Experience in US accounting preferred.

• Candidates with UK, UAE, Singapore, or similar international accounting experience are also welcome.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.

• Basic understanding of AP and AR processes.

• Good English communication skills for coordinating with international clients.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage deadlines in an outsourcing environment.

• Willingness to learn different client accounting processes.
