Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain Oxi9 Essentials products, offers, and services clearly.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Follow up regularly with interested and pending customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
  • Ensure timely follow-up until order closure.
