Job Description
Expand the company's market presence in assigned territories. Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.
Handle customer complaints by professional way.
Develop relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and government departments.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Suggest new marketing strategies to improve sales performance.
Resolve dealer-related issues promptly. Track order status until successful delivery.
Follow up for customer payments as per agreed credit terms.
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.
Maintain accurate customer database and CRM records.
