LASER CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR

We are looking for a laser cutting machine operator , for our laser cutting machines , Machine 1 : SLTL 3Kw pipe and sheet cutting machine , & Machine 2: MEHTA LASER 6Kw Sheet & pipe laser cutting Machine.

• The timing of the Job will be from 7pm to 3 am. (half hour lunch is included in this duration)
• The candidate should be aware with how to set up the machine, how to install program, how to use DXF files and IGES files and how to use it in machine for sheet and pipe cutting respectively.
• The candidate should be aware how to install , update and modify parameters of cutting according to the sheet / tube material, its thickness and length, check the program and should be aware about nesting.
• The candidate should be aware about how to conduct basic maintenance of machine such as , changing of gas cylinders , knowledge of which gas to be used in production according to machine, how to calibrate sheet and tube before cutting , how to change lenses and nozzles , how to change basic tubes, how to clean and maintain the machine for smooth production, how to solve basic alarms that occur while cutting the material.
• The candidate should maintain his/ her production report provided by the supervisor daily.
• We have 2 plants in Vadodara Gujarat , one is in Makarpura GIDC and another is in POR besides WAGO company. the candidate may sometimes go to POR Plant for laser cutting . petrol allowance will be provided for that commute.
• software and machine training will be provided at the time of joining.
