Job Description

Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of new photocopiers and MFPs.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware failures, paper jams, and mechanical or electrical issues.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts) to minimize machine downtime.

Configure network settings to enable scanning to email/folders and wireless printing capabilities.

Manage and track inventory of spare parts, consumables, toners, and drums to optimize maintenance margins.

Provide basic user training and live demonstrations to clients on how to operate the machines efficiently.

Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining professional communication and resolving complaints swiftly.

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience servicing major brands like Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, HP, Sharp, or Konica Minolta.
