Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce listing Executive to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into various systems and databases with speed and accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
• Maintain and update files to ensure up-to-date information
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Generate reports as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and data entry software
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
