 About the Role

Sunbeam World School is looking for a passionate and dedicated PRT Teacher to join our primary education team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching all major subjects at the primary level and should be confident in communicating with students, parents, and colleagues in both English and Hindi.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

* Teach and effectively manage all subjects for primary-grade students.

* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum.

* Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.

* Create an interactive, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

* Assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.

* Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.

* Encourage students' creativity, critical thinking, communication, and social development.

* Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and development.

* Participate in school events, activities, staff meetings, training sessions, and other academic initiatives.

* Maintain classroom discipline while fostering a supportive learning environment.

 *Eligibility & Qualifications* 

* Bachelor's degreein any relevant discipline from a recognized university.

* B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent teacher-training qualification preferred/required as per school norms.

* Prior experience as a PRT/Primary Teacher will be an advantage.

* Strong command of spoken and written English and Hindi.

* Ability to teach multiple subjects at the primary level.

* Good classroom management and student-engagement skills.

* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
