Project Role : Program/Project Management RepresentativProject Role Description : Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Summary:As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and continuously refining applications to ensure they support organizational goals effectively. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application architecture.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and deploying applications in various environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
