Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Inspect equipment, run tests, and interpret data to find the root cause of mechanical, electrical, or software issues

Repairs & Maintenance: Fix or replace broken parts, calibrate systems, and execute routine preventative maintenance routines.

Installation & Setup: Uncrate, assemble, configure, and test new hardware or machinery to verify safe operation.

Customer Support & Communication: Explain complex technical problems and solutions clearly to clients and train users on proper product upkeep
