Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of integration strategies to enhance system interoperability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and middleware technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and API management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
