Job Description
Contact customers through phone calls, emails, or messages regarding overdue payments.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Negotiate payment plans with customers when appropriate.
Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
Monitor accounts receivable and identify delinquent accounts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the collection process.
Achieve assigned collection targets and reduce overdue balances.
Escalate difficult or high-risk accounts to senior management when necessary.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring effective debt recovery.
