Job Description
Customer Acquisition: Source new leads via cold calling, digital databases, bank branch walk-ins, or direct field marketing in high-footfall areas like malls and corporate parks.
Product Pitching: Explain interest rates, annual fees, reward structures, and card benefits clearly to prospects.
Documentation & KYC: Collect, verify, and submit complete customer application forms along with income and identity proofs.
Target Achievement: Meet daily call/meeting quotas and monthly card issuance goals.
Compliance: Ensure all applications strictly adhere to internal bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
