Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, collaborate with business users, and design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative process improvement strategies.
- Implement workflow automation solutions.
- Conduct process audits and recommend enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling.
- Experience in workflow automation.
- Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
