Job Description

Part Inspection: Perform visual and dimensional checks on molded plastic parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.

Defect Identification: Spot molding flaws like flash, sink marks, short shots, warpage, or color variations.

Process Support: Monitor basic machine parameters and log shop-floor data.

Documentation: Maintain daily inspection logs, reject reports, and material traceability sheets.
