Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarity on business objectives and solution approaches.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives and provide feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Board International Software.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
