Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales / Term Insurance Sales . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert qualified leads into successful policy sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.

* Generate and convert leads for Term Insurance and other insurance products.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

* Explain policy benefits, features, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and claim-related information.

* Follow up with interested prospects through calls and other communication channels.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and maximize lead conversion.

* Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.

* Update customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately in the CRM.

* Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and policy issuance teams for smooth processing.

* Maintain proper documentation and follow defined sales processes and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

* 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Insurance Sales / Term Insurance Sales is preferred.

* Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Direct Sales, or Financial Services Sales will be an advantage.

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

* Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion and revenue generation.

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

* Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
