- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and root cause analysis within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting maintenance management processes and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with system integration points and data flow between SAP modules.
- Skilled in documenting technical solutions and maintaining knowledge bases for ongoing support.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
