Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job SummaryWe are seeking an empathetic, proactive, and highly organized Telecaller / Patient Executive to handle inbound and outbound inquiries for our IVF Centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and couples seeking fertility treatments. Your primary focus will be providing compassionate initial guidance, answering treatment queries, managing leads, and scheduling consultations with our fertility specialists.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Lead Handling:
• Handle inbound calls, website leads, social media inquiries, and WhatsApp messages in a polite and empathetic manner.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective patients who have expressed interest in fertility solutions.
• Build trust and maintain a supportive tone, respecting the sensitivity of fertility-related discussions.
• Appointment Scheduling & Lead Conversion:
• Explain basic IVF processes, clinic services, and package overviews without offering direct medical advice.
• Convert inquiries into qualified clinic visits and doctor consultations.
• Coordinate with front-desk staff and counselors to schedule and confirm appointments.
• CRM & Record Management:
• Log all calls, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and patient status updates in the clinic’s CRM software.
• Track missed appointments and follow up to reschedule where applicable.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare standards.
