Job Summary: -
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and grow the online presence of the company's brands across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities: -
* Plan and execute social media strategies for Grow More Group brands.
* Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
* Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
* Coordinate with designers/editors for reels, videos and creatives.
* Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
* Manage basic SEO and website content updates.
* Handle WhatsApp broadcast and email marketing campaigns.
* Stay updated with gold, bullion and jewellery marketing trends.
* Manage digital marketing activities for multiple brands simultaneously.
Requirements: -
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
* Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook growth strategies.
* Basic video/content editing skills using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
* Good copywriting skills in English and Gujarati.
* Comfortable with analytics and performance reporting.
* Creative thinking with strong ownership of results.
* Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
