Electronic Service Engineer

Delphin Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of solar water pumps and solar street lighting solutions, is hiring an Online Service Engineer to provide remote/VC-based technical support. The role focuses on guiding customers online for installation, troubleshooting, and technical issues, while ensuring smooth operations of our solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support via video calls, phone, and online platforms.

• Guide customers in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of solar pumps and street lights.

• Diagnose issues related to PCB, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), and Pump systems.

• Maintain service records and create technical reports.

• Coordinate with the on-field team when required.

• Provide online training and product demonstrations to customers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction with quick resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

• Hands-on knowledge of PCB, VFD, and Pump systems.

• Good understanding of solar systems and electrical circuits.

• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus).

• Familiar with video conferencing tools (video call).

• Experienced Candidates in Solar or Renewable Energy Preferred
