Job Description
Dhanot Location : Ahmedabad Mehsana Highway ahead to Chhatral 4 Kms Only.
Work as
per Instruction of the Maintenance Head & Technical Head.
Analysing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the
specifications of the components to be constructed.
Update Maintenance and Repair of the Plant ,Forsee the Repair
,Indenting of the maintenance new requirements.Inventory of Spare parts in
the Plant.
Prepare the Snag List of the Maintenance & repair .with
Preventive Maintenance schedule in place .
Chemical Reactor Component /GLR ,Servcing such as Header
,Valve,Pressure Guage,Tube Glass Cleaning.
Sound knowledge of Glass Line Reactor,SS Reactor &
Mechanical Seal.
HDPE Chemical Storage Tanks pressure checking
/monitoring/Reparing.
Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the
correct size.
Preparation a suitable
maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.
Root Cause analysis of
different pumps & scrubbers,HDPE Tanks.
Replacing damaged or defective Materials & Spares components
as per needed.
Maintenance & Repair ,services of all the High Voltages HP
pumps .
AUTOCAD practical working knowledge desired,Handson Autocad.
Participate in Mechnical Drive of Plant Previntive Maintenance
schedule as per Shut Down .
He should have worked in Audited facility for ISO Standards
Certification/ documentation / RCA/CAPA/kaizen.
Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper
knives to cut structural of Reactor
To ensure 100% PPE’s compliance on site.As such Safety Shoes/Eye
Goggles/Hand Gloves/Helmet &
Safety Belt etc. as per required…….
