Visit Labs: Conduct regular visits to standalone pathology laboratories, hospitals, and polyclinics to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. ✓ Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Utilize market research and networking to generate leads and expand the client base. ✓ Conversion: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our diagnostic solutions effectively. Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. ✓ Regular Business Development: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. ✓ Client Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
